About the role

As a Services Coordinator you will:

• 80% phone work: outbound & inbound
• 15% escalation
• 5% data integrity audits
• Perform technician screenings – soft skills and technical capability assessment
• Send technician site‑specific forms/field procedures, instructions, etc.
• Perform T-3 technician confirmation call (to ensure the tech is still available for assignment)
