ServiceNow TPRM Developer

Role and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.
• Develop workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and scripts within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement vendor risk assessment workflows and compliance tracking.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
• Maintain documentation for development, configuration, and processes.
• Provide support for upgrades and platform enhancements.
