Job Description

 ServiceNow Tester – Manual & Automation (Contractor, Remote, LATAM) 
We're looking for a ServiceNow Tester to join a growing ServiceNow team at one of our major customers. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level QA who enjoys hands-on testing and wants to grow into automation, helping build and mature the QA practice for the ServiceNow platform. You'll start with a strong focus on manual testing, gradually taking ownership of test automation using ServiceNow ATF, in close collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Systems Analysts. 

 Start date: ASAP
Contract type: Contractor, Full-Time, Remote
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST 


 What You'll Be Doing 
Execute manual testing for ServiceNow applications, mainly ITSM and CSM 
Develop and maintain test cases and test plans 
Identify, document, and track defects using QA tools
