Job Description

Join our OT/IoT (Operational Technology/Internet of Things) Security Hub for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region.

The role will contribute to Cyber Transformation and Service Management competence group in our OT/IoT Security Hub. You will play a direct role in helping our clients plan, build and implement ServiceNow manufacturing industry solutions in the area of OT Visibility (CMDB), OT Service Management, OT SecOps (vulnerability and security incident response), and/or OT Risk Management.


Your scope of duties:

  • You will lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in the area of OT operations management, OT service management, Vulnerability & Incident Response and/or OT Cyber Risk Management;

  • You will help our clients establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog to support Service Management processes in the manufacturing area;
