JOB DESCRIPTIONRun and manage the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program to prevent, detect, and remediate unauthorized changes across critical systems. This role consolidates detection from ServiceNow, Tripwire, and mainframe DB2/SAVER into a single ServiceNow-based workflow, automates reconciliation to approved changes, and ensures compliance with ITIL 4 and financial‑sector regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Run and manage the Unauthorized Change Detection program, including strategy, governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.
Consolidate all detection sources into a ServiceNow workflow and dashboard, ingesting external events into the ServiceNow Event table.
