Senior ServiceNow Developer – CMDB / CSDM   
A senior ServiceNow developer specializing in CMDB engineering, CSDM implementation, and platform development , responsible for building a CSDM‑aligned, high‑quality CMDB, enforcing governance standards, and driving CI data accuracy. Acts as the technical SME for configuration data, collaborating across ITSM, ITOM, Infra, App, and Platform teams. 
Core Competencies  
Expert in CMDB architecture , CI classes, hierarchies, inheritance, and lifecycle management. 
Design/extend CI class models and engineer IRE, reconciliation, dedupe, and orphan‑prevention logic . 
Build normalization, enrichment, transformation, and CMDB governance automation (3Cs) . 
Implement and maintain CMDB Health , compliance rules, audits, correction workflows, and custom CMDB utilities.
