ServiceNow SCRUM Master

We are seeking a SCRUM Master with ServiceNow experience to support Agile delivery teams in a hybrid Agile environment. This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Kanban boards, drive deliverables, remove impediments, and ensure timely execution of ServiceNow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
+ Manage Agile workflows using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
+ Maintain and prioritize Kanban boards to track progress, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
+ Drive team deliverables and ensure sprint commitments are met.
+ Coordinate ServiceNow enhancements, implementations, and releases across cross-functional teams.
+ Partner with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery goals.
+ Monitor Agile metrics, risks, blockers, and team velocity.
+ Support hybrid Agile/Waterfall project tracking and reporting as needed.
