 TCS is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices. You will: Design & Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of ITSM SPO Module
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
