We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our team and drive a major transformation initiative. This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow Data Models, CSM, Order Management, Data Migration , and collaboration with SMEs to map and translate complex data into the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data migration activities from external tools into ServiceNow
Manage large data extractions, transformations, and conversions into target SNOW formats
Work closely with SMEs to understand functional data requirements and mappings
Provide best‑practice guidance on CSM/OM data model usage and process impact
Support data-related activities across objects such as:
Accounts
Sold & functional products
CIs
Contacts
Contracts
