ServiceNow Platform Developer

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Developer for their Austin, TX/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box features and custom development

+ Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI actions, and integrations

+ Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM – based on engagement needs)

+ Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical discussions with stakeholders

+ Recommend solutions and ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and upgrade safe design

+ Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and postproduction support

+ Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and reviews
