Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM SME / CMDB Lead to drive CMDB strategy, governance, data quality, service mapping, and ITOM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead CMDB maturity efforts, establish governance standards, and align CMDB with business services to support operational excellence and AIOps adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute CMDB maturity and governance roadmap.
• Lead CMDB strategy, data quality, service mapping, and reconciliation processes.
• Act as the primary architect for ServiceNow CSDM implementation.
• Establish CI lifecycle governance, naming standards, and data ownership models.
• Drive CMDB health improvements, certification processes, and KPI reporting.
• Manage stakeholders across Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Operations teams.
