This role partners closely with global ServiceNow platform developers to design, configure, and maintain HRSD solutions while ensuring alignment with overall platform governance and best practices.

• Configure and develop HRSD workflows, business rules, catalog items, and user interfaces
• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Partner with IT developers to ensure alignment between HRSD and ITSM modules
