Alcor Solutions is searching for an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in ServiceNow’s HRSD module. This remote role focuses on technical consulting and driving HR process improvements.
In this senior role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of HRSD solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform capabilities. You will mentor junior consultants and employ your expertise in case and knowledge management while configuring various HRSD applications to enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HRSD implementation: requirements, design, and deployment
• Act as a ServiceNow HRSD domain expert guiding clients
• Translate HR business needs into technical solutions
• Configure Employee Center and lifecycle events for HRSD
• Mentor junior consultants and develop best practices
