ServiceNow GRC / IRM Consultant

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing delivery team. You will take a primary build role on enterprise implementations, work directly with client stakeholders, and deliver clean, best-practice solutions across one or more ServiceNow modules. This is a hands-on delivery role with a strong consulting dimension: you are expected to clarify requirements, advise on solution design, demo your work, and guide more junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across the platform.
• Take a primary role on implementation workstreams: requirement analysis, solution design, build, testing support and hyper care.
• Provide L2/L3 application support and enhancements on managed-service engagements.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders — run requirement-gathering sessions and deliver clear, business-oriented demos.
