The role will support global clients through an offshore delivery model, focusing on risk management, compliance automation, audit workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules

• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs

• Develop and maintain Risk, Policy, Compliance, Issue, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules

• Implement risk assessments, control testing, and issue remediation workflows
