Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Feature Release Support

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions in alignment with platform architecture and standards
• Support end‑to‑end feature delivery, including development, unit testing, deployment support, and post‑release stabilization
• Implement enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes based on business and release requirements
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines

Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

• Provide ongoing O&M support to ensure ServiceNow platform stability and availability
