ServiceNow Developer Sr

Infosys is seeking ServiceNow Developer Sr for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, FSO, HRSD, and related modules. The role requires close partnership and collaboration with business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex ServiceNow ITSM deployments (including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge modules), HRSD, CSM, FSM or FSO and integrations aligned to industry best practices.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into implementation work packages.
• Sit and work at a computer for extended periods; communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in development, scripting, configuration, validation, and deployment.
• At least 8 years of experience implementing any ServiceNow module: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, FSM, etc.
