Job Description:
Implement ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA), Virtual Agent (VA) solutions.
Configure and customize Service Portal , Service Catalog , and UI components.
Design KPIs, indicators, scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
Enable data-driven insights for ITSM processes.
Work with stakeholders to define metrics and benchmarks.
Ensure data accuracy, UI/UX best practices, and effective data visualization.
