• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, and other platform components.
• Implement and enhance core ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Service Mapping, Discovery, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), etc.
