We are seeking a skilled and visionary ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, reliability, and effectiveness of configuration data that supports our IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) functions. You will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our ServiceNow ecosystem by applying industry best practices and technical expertise to deliver a high-performing, business-aligned CMDB.
