Our client is looking for a remote DHS ServiceNow Business Analyst opportunity. This individual will be responsible for translating technical tams and clients to collect, clarify, and analyze business requirements. This individual will work directly with stakeholders, serving in both Business Analyst and lead roles and must be able to communicate effectively with all team members. The Business Analyst will serve as a translator between technical teams and the clients business community to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed.
