**Overview**
GovCIO is seeking a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced operations and maintenance environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Automated test framework in the ServiceNow platform. This customer-facing role will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will be remote located in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area with occasional client site visits.
**Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert with demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow and government contracting environments.
