Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (Offshore – India, Remote)

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect for a 6-month contract (with possible extension) – fully remote within India.

Key Requirements:

• 3–4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Proven experience in automating ITSM processes using AI capabilities (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI-driven workflows)
• Ability to design scalable architecture and lead end-to-end implementations
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Location: Remote (India)

Contract: 6 months + extension
