+ Perform daily, weekly, monthlysystem monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNowapplications
+ Collaborate with Platform andDelivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching. Coordinatesystem updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, andconfiguration changes
+ Assist with reportconfiguration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operationaladministrative tasks, as needed
+ Actively collaborates withother teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments andprojects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed
+ Support the administration forProduction and non-prod instances
+ Collaborate with the ProductionSupport and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases
+ Document administrativeprocesses and issues resolution
