Position Summary

We are seeking a temporary specialist to partner with Facilities Managers and Directors to implement and optimize ServiceChannel . The role focuses on improving workflows, increasing adoption, and streamlining operations through better use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

This role combines Implementation, Optimization, and Support , with a strong emphasis on the first two. The primary focus will be:

Optimization (Primary): Collaborating with leadership to diagnose current deployment issues and re-engineer workflows to meet goals.

Implementation Support: Launching new features, modules, and vendor integrations that were previously underutilized or misconfigured.

Ongoing Support: Acting as the high-level system owner to ensure the platform aligns with business needs and providing Tier 3 troubleshooting.
