Service/Boiler House Foreman

Main duties
➢Ensure planned maintenance schedules 
➢Lead and coordinate all boiler maintenance, including inspections, repairs
➢Assist in maintenance and repair of boiler house machinery and system to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards
➢Manage the Boiler Attendants and Boiler Fireman in their duties in the running of the boiler house.
➢Carry out respective plant checks to ensure artisans are complying with schedules as instructed.
➢Attend breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs in the shortest possible time.
➢Manage the services and repair all mechanical equipment in the services department.
➢Accurately record all work done on job cards or on planned maintenance schedules.
➢Report all serious defects and/or defects which could not be repaired, to the Section Foreman or the Engineering Manager.
➢Carry out safety inspections on equipment and plant as instructed...
