Salary: Up to £42,000 basic salary + bonus (OTE £50,000+)
Location: Maidstone (Highly commutable from Aylesford, Sittingbourne, Medway, and Tonbridge)

Performance-driven productivity bonus combined with paid Saturday overtime, allowing top-performing techs to comfortably clear an OTE of £50,000+.
