The individual will lead technician performance management, ensure compliance with standardized procedures, and drive continuous improvement through training, audits, and data analysis. By evaluating field performance, implementing updated SOPs, and resolving operational challenges, the incumbent helps improve service delivery, reduce rework, and optimize spare part costs. Acting as a key liaison between field teams and central operations, this position ensures alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
