**Job Description**

This role offers the opportunity to work as a multi-functional Service Technician supporting a large fleet of modular buildings and mobile office trailers across a wide North American branch network. You will inspect units, perform a wide range of repairs and readiness work, and ensure each building meets quality and safety standards before delivery to customers. The position combines hands-on construction, general labor, and warehouse tasks in a dynamic, outdoor work environment.
