KeyResponsibilities
- PrimaryInterface:ActasthemainpointofcontactforcustomersandServiceDealers,ensuringseamlesscommunicationandresolutionofserviceneeds.
- PerformanceOversight:MonitorServiceLevelAgreements(SLAs),repairquality,andtechnicalresponsetimesofexternalpartners.
- QualityControl:ConductregularauditsandqualitychecksofservicepartnerstoensurecompliancewithServiceExcellencestandards.
- Expansion:Research,recruit,anddevelopnewServiceDealersthroughoutArgentinatoensurenationwidetechnicalcoverage.
- ProcessOptimization:Implementandstandardizeserviceprocesses,tools,andresourcestoincreaseoperationalefficiency.
