Service Technician

A Service Technician plays a vital role in maintaining safe, clean, and fully operational pool environments. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently, solving problems in the field, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Technicians are responsible for servicing and maintaining multiple aquatic facilities each day while delivering excellent customer service. Using a company vehicle, the technician will travel to 5-8 facilities daily to monitor water quality, ensure proper equipment performance, and maintain a standard of cleanliness and overall safety. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
