Service Technician

• Provide support for maintenance and warranty work, and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in stand-by rotations (1 weekend per month and 2 days per week).
• Document all completed tasks and report on complex malfunctions.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Provide instruction to operational staff and colleagues on technical systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, service managers, and project managers.

• MBO level in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• At least 1 year of experience in service roles.
• Independent, proactive, customer-oriented, and analytical.
• Willing to work stand-by shifts and flexible with travel throughout the Randstad area.
• Eagerness to learn through internal and external training opportunities.
