**Job Title: Service Technician**
**Job Description**
The Service Technician prepares, maintains, and services mobile units and trailers while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work throughout the day. This role follows daily work orders, performs hands-on repairs using hand and power tools, and supports production by loading, unloading, and setting up units and furniture in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review daily work instructions and work orders to plan and organize tasks for the day.
+ Prepare trailers and mobile units for delivery, ensuring they are clean, functional, and properly outfitted.
+ Perform maintenance on units and furniture, including repairs, adjustments, and general upkeep.
+ Load and unload furniture and equipment onto and from units and trailers safely and efficiently.
+ Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs, installations, and assembly tasks as required.
