This position is based at the Harapaki Wind Farm, located in New Zealand. The successful candidate must reside in the local area no further than 1 hour drive from the site.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on wind turbine towers, including scheduled and unscheduled tasks
• Solve and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems such as pitch, speed control, and converters
• Lead tools and spare parts' inventory for installations and repairs
• Replace worn or faulty components and ensure accurate record keeping and reporting
• Demonstrate strong dedication to SGRE safety standards, with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Possess electrical/mechanical aptitude, flexibility for on-call work, and comfortable working in small teams under varying wind conditions
