• Standard 40 hour week – Monday to Friday – time and a half after 45 hours when applicable.
• Call out roster – on call bonus included, call out fee and overtime.

• Diagnosing and repairing a mix of gear – from tractors to construction machinery.
• Getting out on the road when needed, helping customers on‑site.
• Using proper diagnostic tools and systems (not guesswork).
