Job Description

About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week). The role requires flexibility, including regular travel (nationwide), occasional weekend work, and the ability to respond to urgent service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain advanced processing and packaging machinery
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults
Perform preventative maintenance, servicing, rebuilds, and equipment upgrades
Interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics at a component level
Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers
Deliver operator and maintenance training to customer personnel
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate service records and reporting
Travel throughout New Zealand (and occasionally internationally if required)
