**What You’ll Do**

+ Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery at customer sites
+ Perform maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance
+ Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues (PLCs, motors, pneumatics)
+ Train customers on equipment use and basic troubleshooting
+ Travel frequently (80–100%) while supporting customers both onsite and remotely

**What We’re Looking For**

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance or field service experience
+ Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
+ Experience with PLCs, drives, and control systems preferred
