We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Service Technician to deliver a range of service and maintenance activities, including installation, repair, emergency breakdown response, and other maintenance services across the Company’s product range. The position is based in Auckland.
What You’ll Do
Install, repair, and maintain the AAES Doors product range.

Liaise with customers and Service Coordinators regarding repairs, installations, and site issues.

Complete paperwork and documentation in line with quality and timeliness standards.

Maintain work tools, PPE, and comply with WHS and company policies at all times.

Work flexibly, including callouts, overtime, and out-of-hours requirements.
