Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. Complete the assigned milestones defined by the Individual Development Plan within agreed timeframe. Complete all the competency units assigned (Technical and Non-Technical). Complete all the training request and pass the DSL exams within the agreed timeframe. Self-drive of their own development plan. Prepare and present the quarterly development. (OJT, Training, Competency, and any additional assignment) Complete a daily report on the ongoing development / OJT training or competency assignment. Ability to learn multi-discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic) Function/ Purpose:
Contribute to ARM safety culture change initiatives so that they meet or exceed any statutory safety requirements. Maintain sufficient safety practices...
