About this Opportunity
Join our committed team at Ericsson as a Service Support Specialist.
The scope of this area is to answer the current North America 800 EHS line and act as the first line of response — capturing, logging, and routing both EHS and security incidents.
Ticketing & Escalation
Collect information from callers
Implement the ticketing process
Refer cases to the appropriate EHS Prime for further follow-through when needed
Security Incident Reporting
Execute Security Incident Reporting as part of the scope
What You Will Do
Monitor and summarize information and data to support EHS progress and performance
Prepare information used for decision making within the EHS area
Provide EHS-related advice and support to stakeholders
Provide information about available documents for key stakeholders
Support implementation of internal and external EHS campaigns and promotions
