You'll provide practice-based leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Intervenors, ensuring high-quality service delivery through collaborative engagement. Your expertise will influence team performance and contribute to the advancement of person-centered approaches in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and practice leadership to Intervenors
• Produce summary notes for continuous improvement
• Ensure Intervenors have necessary knowledge and support
• Collaborate with Learning & Development for training alignment
• Maintain communication with teams, families, and partners
