The role is based in Redditch, onsite Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
What does the role involve?
Facilitating returns supporting the Customer Care Specialist team, alongside collections and issue credits to clients where applicable.
Provide support to finance team - Investigate invoice queries aiming for quick resolution
Purchase ledger end to end processes, including chasing overdue invoices, customer PO numbers, travel costs allocation, service orders. Approve supplier invoices
Maintain and update customer and service-related information within Salesforce
