Job Description

We have an opportunity at our Rutherford branch for a Service Supervisor. A varied role that will see you working on a range of equipment across John Deere Agricultural Machinery.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service, seeking customer feedback and giving advice to customers over the phone
Monitor and manage daily workflow, compliance with company defined procedures
Assigning jobs to Service Technicians, following up with employee issues or concerns, scheduling and conducting in-house Service Technician training
Maintaining product knowledge and some liaison with the Parts department, as necessary
Addressing and resolution of customer disputes, in conjunction with the Service Manager
Timely completion of warranty and WIP requirements in conjunction with the Service Manager
Reviewing all repair work before releasing to the customer, maintaining pro...
