Service Supervisor

**Position Summary**

Supervises a team of service technicians in the safe and efficient servicing of commercial industry trades, equipment, components & systems.

**Position Details**

+ Directs and supervises assigned service technicians in the overall delivery and financial performance of a book of business - made up of Service Agreements, Quoted Repairs and T&M (Time & Material) Work.
+ Clearly communicates work responsibilities and accountabilities and ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.
+ Provides technical support and guidance to technicians as needed.
+ Assists with service quotes and estimates to support sales and growth initiatives.
+ Reviews service tickets and other field paperwork. Assures time is correctly applied and descriptions of work are accurate and appropriate. Addresses and resolves any issues with technician.
+ Coordinates with account managers to discuss and fully understand customer scope of service...
