Responsibilities
- Responsible for in‑house coordination of customer onboarding processes together with our excellent team.
- Deal with customer change requests and other inquiries affecting the customer subscriptions and services.
- Document control, archive responsibility, CRM updates and administrative support of all business processes related to Nord Pool’s customers.
