Service Site Supervisor Mexico South

LATAM North Service team is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the turbines in Mexico, Central America and Caribbean. We, in Mx South team, are responsible of servicing the installed fleet in the northern sites of Mexico. This is the newest fleet in LAT South.

Responsabilities:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple wind farms, ensuring optimal performance of turbines and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and workforce deployment.
Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate turbine performance, resource utilization, and safety compliance.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) standards.
Collaborate with the planning team to ensure resource availability and alignment with operational targets.
