Service Representative to support client onboarding for a large banking client - JP757

Position Title: Associate

Line of Business: Private Wealth

Duration: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)

Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid - two-three days in office - Monday & Tuesday, 2nd week Monday, Tuesday, Friday

Hours of Operation: 9-5 EST (may vary at certain times depending on advisory team’s time zone)

Hourly Pay Range: $24/- to $31/- per hour

Reason for hire: Contract role to replace contract role for the Client Onboarding team ending in February.

Responsibilities:

- Support and facilitate client transfers for advisors moving financial institutions

- Open and set up client accounts

- Follow up on transfers

- Additional tasks include, policy review, escalation management

- Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers
