Service & Quality Management Analyst

The Quality Analyst at the Infrastructure Competence Center contributes to ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to processes in IT services and projects, representing these aspects through key performance indicators.

The goal is to increase transparency and improve efficiency, performance, customer satisfaction, and audit security through structured quality and governance measures.

Responsibilities

• Central contact person in the area for KPI reporting.
• Ensures uniform SLA standards for IS Services.
• Quality assurance & compliance: Co-development and implementation of measures to ensure compliance with internal standards (e.g. ISMS, audit specifications).
• Process optimization: Identification of weaknesses in existing processes and initiation of improvement measures.
