Service Plumber Helper/Apprentice

Essential Duties:

The apprentice position learns and aids the Jr Mechanic/Mechanic with day-to-day tasks such as digging, pipe fitting, handling/using machinery, the installation, maintenance, modification, and repair of all aspects of plumbing/heating systems and equipment

• Has little to no experience with plumbing work
• Clean/organize van
• Load van with the necessary equipment, supplies and tools to full-fill daily objectives
• Assists with the carrying of tools, setting up tools and organizing pipes and fittings, keeping the jobsite neat and organized
• Relays any questions or concerns to their Jr. Mechanic / Mechanic
• Follows safety procedure and guidelines
• Does not finalize decisions
• Perform other duties as assigned
