About the role

Plays a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of train services across the Transperth network. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining service schedules and crew schedules to ensure efficient and reliable daily operations, while also supporting special events and network changes.

Working within the team, you will operate computerised scheduling and rostering systems, prepare operational documentation, and distribute essential communications such as Special Train Notices. You will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including Network Control, Transit Officers and Customer Service teams to ensure service plans are effectively implemented.
